Gleneagles Equestrian Centre are looking to expand their team by recruiting for an apprentice to join their friendly team. The varied position will include general yard duties, i.e. mucking out, turning out/in, riding & exercise. If you are looking for a career in the equine industry then this could be the ideal role for you.
The apprenticeship duration is 12 months. This role will offer enjoyable practical and theoretical equestrian training and many opportunities to gain invaluable industry experience.
This is a full time position
General yard duties will include:
- Grooming
- Mucking out
- Trimming and clipping
- Plaiting
- Lungeing and riding
- Health care
- Feeding
- Assisting with running of events
- Assisting with customer care and experience
- Functional Skills, if required
