Sheldrake’s Supporting Organisations

Sheldrake Training’s equine origins have enabled us to excel within the horse care and animal care industries, establishing us as the preferred apprenticeship provider for renowned organisations, including The British Horse Society.

This partnership allows our learners to progress through further qualifications using direct entry from their apprenticeship qualification. For example, once they have completed their L3 SEG apprenticeship, they may apply to complete the BHS coaching exams, for which they may have the option to apply directly.

Sheldrake training is an advocate for both the British Grooms and Equestrian Employers Association Whilst we do not offer apprenticeships to these organisations we fully endorse them. We work closely with both as they offer superb advice including employment legislation information. This ensures our apprentices and employers are up-to-date with the latest news/updates and regulations relating to apprenticeships.

Our racing qualifications are approved and supported by The British Horseracing Authority, ensuring that our apprentices receive the necessary training and education to support them in every aspect of their career within the racing industry.
