With a low staff turnover, apprenticeship opportunities with us only become available when one of our team members completes their qualifications and moves on to the next stage of their career. This means vacancies are rare, and we’re proud of the supportive environment we’ve built.

Is This You?
We’re looking for someone who brings both passion and commitment to their work. Ideally, you will have:
- A genuine passion for horses
- Experience riding and handling horses
- A hands-on, practical approach to learning
- A desire to gain exams and qualifications
- An honest, hardworking and reliable attitude
- Ambition to build a long-term career in the equestrian industry

Qualifications and Training
You will also have the opportunity to work towards recognised qualifications, including:
✅ Apprenticeship Level 2 or 3
✅ BHS exams (Care, Ride, Lunge, Coach)
✅ Safeguarding and Ride Safe
