Based in the beautiful Hampshire countryside near Liss, this apprenticeship is perfect for someone who genuinely loves caring for horses and wants to gain valuable hands-on experience within a professional dressage environment.
At Pip Blain Dressage, the team is looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, positive, and eager to learn. Whether you already have some experience or are looking to take your first steps into the industry, this role offers the chance to develop practical skills and build confidence around horses in a supportive yard setting.
This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to become part of a dedicated team where horse welfare and high standards of care are at the heart of everything they do. Alongside daily yard duties, there will be opportunities to learn and grow your experience, with some riding available for capable and confident riders, although riding is not essential for the role.
The yard is located in a remote rural area near Liss, Hampshire, so applicants will need reliable transport or lifts to and from work.

Qualifications and Training
