Each apprenticeship Sheldrake Training delivers is designed and structured to meet the needs of you, the employer, covering a range of topics that prove your employee's competence in their chosen field.
Each apprentice receives an individual development plan enabling them to develop their knowledge, skills and competence. With an assigned adviser who provides support, advice and guidance throughout the term of their apprenticeship, assisting them to ensure they become a valuable asset to your business.
With access to high-quality resources, apprentices are supported by professional staff to enable completion of induction, training, assessments and regular progress reviews that also ensures your investment is returned.
Please note, some apprentices may need to be released for block learning periods in order to complete Functional Skills in English and Maths during the year.
